All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds,
returns, or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon
arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7
days of delivery. Email us at [your email address] with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement at no additional cost.
What is Not Covered
We do not issue replacements or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Improper application or installation of decals
- Damage caused by the customer during installation or after use
Please make sure to double-check all product details and instructions before purchasing
and applying your decal.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. For this reason, order
cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and
we will do our best to assist.
