Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your
order is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping
method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- USA: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may
take up to 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for
delays or lost packages due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Undeliverable packages
- Packages returned to sender
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it — but you may be
responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier, we are not responsible for
lost or stolen items. If your tracking says delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check
with your local post office or neighbors.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the U.S. and select international countries. If your country is not
available at checkout, feel free to contact us.
